CANCELLATION POLICY

NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY At Nude Beauty, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service cost. A no-show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without contacting the studio prior to the appointment time. To ensure all clients receive the best service experience, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may need to reschedule their appointment. In these cases, the 40% no-show fee will be applied to their next scheduled appointment before booking future services. Clients with an unpaid no-show fee will be required to settle the balance prior to booking additional appointments. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in booking restrictions.
